Marijuana, bottles of different drugs and what appeared to be heroin were found in the house where Michael Jackson has been dead more than two months, according to new court documents cited by the media in Los Angeles.

Members of the family of the star said the Forensic Institute in Los Angeles that “they had found a form of heroin in a bag in a bedroom on the second floor of the house,” where Michael Jackson is died June 25, according to a sworn statement cited by the press.

But laboratory tests showed it was actually marijuana covered by rotting, reported the Los Angeles Times and the website specializes in Celebrity News TMZ.com, citing sources close to the investigation.

According to new court documents, investigators seized two bags of marijuana, empty bottles of sedatives, a new order and a small bag with a label bearing the name of medical doctor’s singer, Conrad Murray.

Dr. Murray is currently the focus of the investigation into the death of Michael Jackson.

The cardiologist has admitted to police he had treated the insomnia of Michael Jackson with propofol during the six weeks preceding his death, by administering 50 milligrams every night of the powerful anesthetic intravenously.

According to the search warrant used in late July for the search of the medical Conrad Murray Jackson’s death was due to “a fatal level of propofol” in the blood.

During the last weeks before his death, Michael Jackson struggled against insomnia, begging her doctor to give him his “milk” every day: a cocktail of sedatives and sleeping pills.

The funeral of the “King of Pop” will be held September 3 in Los Angeles. Michael Jackson will be based on “sacred land” of the great Mausoleum Cemetery Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, in the suburbs of Los Angeles.
